Shipping Policy
All orders are fresh and made-to-order. Once the order is received, it is prepared and shipped within 7-10 business days. During promotional periods please allow 7-14 business days for your order to be prepared and shipped. Due to the handmade nature of our products we do not accept returns or exchanges of orders.
Our standard shipping carrier is the United States Postal Service (USPS). Orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, and the U.S. Virgin Islands may require 8-12 business days.
If you want to check the status of your order, please check your email for a shipping confirmation email from USPS for your tracking information.
